Information we collect
We collect only what is needed to run the website:
- Details you give us. When you fill the sign-up popup, the call-back request form, or the List Your Room form, we receive details such as your name, phone number, property address, rent and photos.
- Automatic information. Our server and analytics tools may record your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and the time of your visit.
- Cookies. Small files stored on your device. We and our advertising partners use them to keep the site working, understand usage and show ads.
How we use information
- To publish and manage property listings and connect tenants with owners.
- To call or message you about your request or listing.
- To keep the website secure, fix errors and improve it.
- To show advertising that helps us keep the service free.
Owners' phone numbers are shown on their listings on purpose, so tenants can contact them. An owner who wants a number changed or a listing removed can ask us at any time.
Advertising and Google AdSense
We use Google AdSense to show ads. Google and other third-party vendors use cookies to serve ads based on your earlier visits to this and other websites.
- Google's advertising cookies let Google and its partners serve ads to you based on your visit to our site and other sites on the internet.
- You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings, or visit aboutads.info to opt out of some third-party vendors' cookies.
- To learn how Google uses data from sites that use its services, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
We do not control cookies set by third parties. Please read their own privacy policies for details.
Analytics
We may use tools such as Google Analytics or Google Search Console to understand how visitors use the site. They collect information like pages viewed and approximate location in a form that does not directly identify you.
Links to other websites
Our pages may link to other sites, including social media pages and partner brands. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Data retention and your choices
- We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes above, or as the law requires.
- You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you gave us.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may stop working if you do.
Children and security
This website is not meant for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of storage or transmission online is completely secure.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page with the date above.
