About the service

RoomDekho BGT is an online listing platform that shows rooms, PGs, hostels, shops and halls offered by property owners in and around Balaghat. We are not a landlord, agent or broker, and we are not a party to any rental agreement between an owner and a tenant.

Using the website

• Use the website only for lawful purposes.
• Do not copy, scrape or resell our listings or content without permission.
• Do not upload harmful code or try to disrupt the website or gain unauthorised access.

Owner listings

• Owners must give true and complete information: rent, address, photos and tenant type.
• Owners must have the right to rent the property and to share the photos they upload.
• We may edit, decline or remove any listing that is wrong, duplicate, misleading or against these terms, without notice.
• Owners must tell us when a property is no longer available.

Tenants and visitors

• Listing details come from owners. Visit the property, meet the owner and check ownership and ID documents before paying any advance or signing anything.
• Any agreement, payment or dispute is strictly between you and the owner.

No brokerage

We do not charge tenants any brokerage or commission. Please do not pay anyone who says they act on our behalf without first confirming with us through the details on our Contact page.

Advertising and third-party links

The website shows advertisements, including Google AdSense ads, and may link to partner or third-party websites. We do not control or endorse those ads or sites and are not responsible for them.

Intellectual property

The website design, text and logo belong to RoomDekho BGT or are used with permission. Property photos and details remain the property of the owners who submit them.

Limitation of liability

We provide the website "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss, damage or dispute arising from use of the website or from dealings between owners and tenants. Please also read our Disclaimer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Using the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts having jurisdiction in Balaghat, Madhya Pradesh.
